D’ Original Lola Berta’s Lechon proudly honors the legacy of Lamberta Tañga vda de Ramos, fondly remembered as “Lola Berta” — the esteemed matriarch of the Tañga family in Pateros, Rizal. With her discerning eye for excellence, Lola Berta journeyed across distant provinces to personally handpick the finest pigs, ensuring only the best for her loyal customers.

Back at the family compound in Pateros, each pig was prepared only upon order, guaranteeing unmatched freshness and delight. Stuffed with fragrant banana leaves and slow-roasted over smoldering charcoal pits, every lechon was crafted in the time-honored tradition — delivering a perfect harmony of crisp skin, tender meat, and unforgettable flavor.

Today, Lola Berta’s proud legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren, who continue to uphold the standards of excellence she established.
